Butterfly Valley, a bay near Fethiye, Turkey. If you imagine Turkey as the southeastern edge of Europe, then this is where this magical place is located. Away from noisy beaches and dreary hotels... Leaving the usual rest for snobs, plunge into a sense of unity with nature.
This is the Valley of Butterflies. Butterfly Valley is located on the western coast of the Belgeiz Bay. You can only get here by sea, so ships from Fethiye depart to this wonderful place every day. Butterfly Valley is one of the most attractive places in the vicinity of Fethiye.
In 1995, this valley was declared a nature reserve and completely closed to buildings. Now there is a zone of relaxation, pleasure, a territory of unity with nature, here you can stay in small bungalows, there is a cafe where master classes on cooking Indian food are held. Soft ottomans are scattered on the beach, hammocks are stretched between the trees, there are areas for yoga and meditation. There is a library.
4. Is free speech a fundamental human right?
Yes, absolutely. Freedom of thought and speech is enshrined in article 29 of the Constitution of Russia and is the most important sign of a democratic and legal state. Freedom of thought and speech implies the right of an individual to freely form his beliefs and opinions, adhere to them, the right to freely reject them, as well as the right to freely express his opinions and beliefs, the right to communicate orally and in writing, including the right to refrain from communication, the right to freely choose the language of communication. Coercion to express one's opinions and beliefs is not allowed. The importance of freedom of thought and speech is predetermined by the fact that this freedom is a necessary condition for the realization of other constitutional rights of the individual, primarily in the political sphere.
6. What options are you considering for you future career?
At the age of 18, I will get a part-time job as a sales consultant in a computer organization in order to accumulate some knowledge and experience in my chosen field of activity. For this position, I need qualities such as sociability, attentiveness, politeness and, of course, some knowledge. I think: it will be an interesting job, because I will be able to communicate with customers and more experienced colleagues at work. The estimated income is 2000-2500 rubles, because I do not have even minimal work experience. Thus, I will take the first step towards the intended goal.
By the age of 22, I plan to get a position as an economist-sales manager in the same firm. Six months will be enough to demonstrate your capabilities to colleagues and prove that there is noticeable progress in the work. My duties will include concluding contracts with clients, advertising products. The desired income is 4,000-5,000 rubles.
8. In what ways has treatment of disease and other illnesses changed over the past 100 years?
Genetic tests. Previously, the discoveries of geneticists had no practical application in clinical medicine, but in recent years genetics has made a huge leap. First of all, we are talking about the treatment of oncological diseases, but not only them.
For example, doctors now have the opportunity to find genetic changes specific to cancer cells in an oncological patient and act on them point-by-point — this is called targeted therapy or biological treatment. It is also possible to determine whether the patient has mutations that can become the basis for a positive prognosis with immunotherapy. Accordingly, doctors today select medications in advance for the patient that are highly likely to help in his particular case.
10. Do you anticipate any big changes in your life in the near future? If so, what are they?
Yes, I expect changes in my life, I always move only forward, not looking back, and changes are movement, they are inevitable.
The desire for change for the better lives in each of us. That's just not everyone knows how to achieve these changes or at least bring them closer. But the law of attraction says: "Every person is able to change his life, you just need to want it badly!"
The materialization of our desires is an inevitable process! What we constantly think about, what we reach for, and what we dream about, is sure to come true. Imperceptibly, more and more information about the object of desire appears in our life, more and more often others tell us about it and give us the necessary hints. And besides them, life itself begins to throw us signs of approaching positive changes.
I ended a long-term relationship. Most people react negatively to the end of a relationship and even get depressed, realizing that life will never be the same again. And let's look at the situation from the other side. If the relationship has come to an end, it means that you or your partner were not happy in them. Your couple simply had no prospects, which means there was no point in continuing the relationship.
12. Do you enjoy extreme or frightening activities such as bungee jumping or rock climbing, etc.? Why, or why not?
Definitely not, I don't like extreme sports. I'll explain why:
Injuries are a common thing. Each sport has its own "risk zones". Someone is constantly stretching his muscles, and someone is scratching his knees on the asphalt. Serious injuries are also not uncommon. Anyway, in extreme sports you learn not to pay attention to pain. Here is such a "plus or minus".
Time. Classes take a lot of time, though, just like any other hobby. If you are not planning anything special in sports, but you are doing it just for yourself, then 2-3 classes a week will be enough. But if you wish to participate in some, even amateur, competitions, then you will have to do it from four times or more.
Heavy loads. At the initial stages of classes, an unprepared body can actively resist. There are two options for the development of events: either to continue training (if there is no risk to health, of course), or to abandon this venture.
Deadly danger. Most extreme sports are really life-threatening. And this is proved by statistics. Base jumping is deservedly considered the most dangerous, about 1 out of 30 athletes die here.
14. What people do to calm them down when they feel nervous or scared?
1. Breathe deeper. Deep breathing helps to restore the physiological processes that occur with anxiety or irritability: rapid heartbeat, frequent shallow breathing, cramps in the digestive tract, etc.
2. Pause. This is extremely important – if you need to make important decisions, and a person is in terrible discomfort, find a good reason to leave the room. Switch your attention to a flying bird, dripping rain, other natural phenomena, human behavior, pleasant objects. A pause will help calm down, and then you will return to the office in a normal state.
3. Find support. This is not shedding responsibility for the decision made in stressful situations. Having found support for your opinion, you can understand that you are not alone in this boundless universe. In any very disturbing issue, try to talk to someone close to you – it's easier to cope with the problem together.
16. What are some things that can make a person vulnerable to illness?
Immunity is a complex of reactions of the whole organism to protect against external invasions, its work is influenced by many factors. This can include:
- sleep;
- chronic stress;
- physical activity;
- diet;
- psychological attitude;
- environmental situation;
- medicines;
- bad habits (smoking, alcohol);
- chronic diseases;
- genetic features;
- infectious diseases;
- radiation.
All these factors affect the immune system in a complex. If some kind of impact is excessive and the body cannot cope with it within the normal reaction, failures may occur, which lead, among other things, to a decrease in immunity. For example, a short controlled stress in the form of hardening, training, a certain period of hunger will stimulate the body and help strengthen the immune system.
18. What are some distinctive travel destinations in your country or region?
Quite high prices for air travel between cities. Many cities of the country are located at a great distance, so it is impractical to go there by car or train. Such a trip will take too much time, which, as a rule, travelers do not have. And inflated prices for air travel are not acceptable for many tourists. It turns out that it is cheaper to fly to Egypt than to one of the cities of our country.
Poor road surface. Perhaps the most important problem of people who prefer to travel by car or bus are terrible roads. This problem has been quite acute for many years, but it is being solved very slowly. In larger cities, repair work is being actively carried out, but in poorly developed regions this process practically does not move. Therefore, tourists simply have no desire to visit these places.
Expensive accommodation that does not match the quality of the services provided. Sometimes it seems that the owners of hotels that have not been put in order believe that this does not affect the flow of customers. And if the hotel has a good repair, then the cost of living in it is often sky-high, sometimes even higher than in Egypt and Turkey.
20. Think of a place that is special for you in some way – for example, a city or a specific place in the city such as a park or a café, etc. What do you typically do there?
A special and favorite place for me is my apartment, my native walls. I live in an apartment in the city center, which is very convenient for me, the nearest shops and shopping centers can be reached on foot in no more than 10 minutes. Cafes and public transport stops are all nearby.
In my apartment I have a backyard, 12 square meters in area, where my family roasts meat on the grill, have dinner; ride on a swing, swim in the pool in summer, also in the warm season I work there with a laptop.
In the apartment I have everything I need for a happy life, I do sports almost daily on a treadmill.
My home is my fortress, most of all I like to spend time at home.
22. Which problems in your city do you think people should focus on right now?
Small towns are one of the most neglected problematic topics in the development of Russian cities. It is known that there is a huge gap between Moscow, St. Petersburg, other million-plus cities and small settlements. Small towns are on the very edge of development. Meanwhile, almost 37 million people now live in them. This is 25% of the population of Russia or 35% of the population of cities. This is a fairly large stratum of citizens of the country, which turned out to be outside of large socio-economic programs. These cities have slowed down in their development, mass depopulation is taking place there. Since 1989, their population has decreased by about 10 million people. There are a number of problems there, which on the one hand has a very hard effect on people.
There are basically no jobs in small towns. This is due to the fact that old enterprises, if they have survived, are undergoing active modernization of production. Accordingly, those thousands of people who used to work there are no longer needed.
24. Describe a time when you managed to do something difficult.
Such a difficult event was the act of my young man who left me, he began dating his ex-girlfriend. And he deigned to call me on the phone and say that our story is over, and everything is in the past.
To say that it was painful is to say nothing.
I deleted my facebook account, the best decision I've ever made. Nothing good will ever come out of cyber-harassment. It's a waste of time and energy, and most importantly, you're only torturing yourself. DON'T fall into the trap of social media harassment, no matter what you do. It 's a black hole .
Overcoming feelings is never easy, but if the other has already let go, given up; and you continue to cling to the one who is gone forever, no matter how much you love him; you need to let go and respect yourself and his choice - a choice that was made not by you, but by someone else.
